• Mukuro is a manipulator and will attempt to manipulate people if it's 1) beneficial to him or 2) amusing to him.
• He can also use illusions to make people see or otherwise sense things that aren't there.
• He also lies a lot, mostly to get what he wants and prepare for possibly sometimes needing people who think he's actually nice.
• As I said he's a manipulating little shit
